Experience
HE SAID she said
As men and women, we often organize and plan the road map of our lives. We may adopt ideologies and opinions shaped by our socialization, possibly leading to a distorted perspective of who He says we are.
HE SAID she said is designed to assist as he and she pursues the mind of Christ and operates from the perspective of what
HE SAYS.

Who is
HE SAID she said
HE SAID she said is designed as a navigation tool to help he and she successfully execute the vision He has purposed to become whole spirit, soul, and body. As a result, he/she is empowered to create strategies that will impact his and her environment.
Not only do we virtually meet, but provide mental health referral services.

Malachi 3:3 He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and He will purify the sons of Levi [the priests], and refine them like gold and silver, so that they may present to the Lord [grain] offerings in righteousness.
Some of us have been facing heated situations unlike anything we've experienced before—battle after battle, question after question, and scenario after scenario. Not because we did something wrong but because He is so invested in our spiritual development that He is committed to continuing the process until He can clearly see His image reflected in us.
This brings us to the CRUCIBLE.
A crucible is a vessel designed to withstand extremely high temperatures so that precious metals can be refined. Spiritually, the crucible represents the seasons of pressure, testing, and adversity that God allows to remove the impurities from our hearts. The fire is not intended to destroy us—it is designed to purify us, strengthen our faith, and reveal the character of Christ within us.
JOURNEY CONTINUES JULY 21, 2026

Sometimes emotional wounds stem from childhood. As he/she becomes vulnerable to the healing process, Christ begins the process of establishment, making us what we ought to be.
"After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace [who imparts His blessing and favor], who called you to His own eternal glory in Christ, will Himself complete, confirm, strengthen, and establish you [making you what you ought to be]".
1 Peter 5:10 (AMP)
